  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

The User may submit the above-mentioned requests through the methods specified in the Data Subject Application Form. Naturel may provide its justified positive/negative response to the above requests in written or digital format. It is essential not to charge a fee for the necessary procedures related to requests. However, if the procedures require a cost, it is possible to request a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy provided to Naturel by themselves is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that they will immediately update this information in case of any changes. Naturel will have no responsibility if the User fails to provide current information.

The User accepts and declares that if they make a request that will result in the inability of Naturel to use any of their personal data, they may not be able to fully benefit from the services Naturel has committed to them, and that all responsibility arising in this context will belong to them.

Personal Data Retention Period

Naturel will retain personal data provided by the User for the duration of service provision, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the nature of the services it provides.

In addition, Naturel may retain personal data for the statute of limitations periods determined in accordance with relevant legislation, limited to the purpose of making necessary defenses within the scope of any dispute that may arise between it and the User.

Measures, Commitments, and Responsibility Regarding Data Security

Naturel undertakes to take the necessary technical and administrative measures and conduct necessary audits to ensure an appropriate level of security under the conditions determined in the relevant legislation or expressed in this Privacy Policy:

  • To ensure the preservation of personal data.

In case links to other applications are provided on the Site, Naturel does not bear any responsibility for the privacy policies and contents of the applications.
