Our CNC machining centers are equipped with high-torque spindle systems, precision linear guideways and advanced CNC control software. Fiber damage is minimized with dust collection systems, special cutting tools and optimized machining strategies in composite material processing. Continuous precision is maintained with automatic tool measurement systems, workpiece probe and thermal compensation. Complex 3D geometries are easily programmed and machined with CAM software integration.
Our thermoforming systems include precision temperature-controlled heaters, rapid forming stations and CNC trimming units. We offer solutions from single and dual-station machines to fully automatic inline systems. Optimized heating profiles and forming parameters are developed for ABS, PMMA, PC, PETG and other thermoplastics. We provide technical consultancy in mold design support, prototype production and transition to mass production processes. We have reference projects for automotive interior trim parts, medical covers, and industrial enclosures.
