Our masterbatch and compound production systems offer screw geometries resistant to high speed and torque with twin-screw co-rotating extruders. We create optimized mixing profiles for color masterbatch, filler masterbatch, technical compounds and special formulations with modular screw configurations. We provide long-lasting and low-maintenance systems with high temperature resistance, wear-resistant barrel and screw configurations. Moisture and volatile removal is excellent with vacuum degassing units.

We provide full automation with premixing systems, gravimetric dosing units, side feeder systems and automatic raw material handling. Granule quality suitable for different product requirements is produced with underwater pelletizing or strand pelletizing systems. Recipe management, production tracking and quality documentation are provided digitally with process control software. Color measurement, melt flow index, dispersion analysis and mechanical tests can be performed with laboratory test equipment. We provide customer-specific formulation development and pilot test support.
