Naturel Dış Ticaret has created its various Platforms for your personal use to provide information about the company and its products. Furthermore, Naturel Dış Ticaret has a worldwide reputation for both design and manufacturing high-quality products. To this end, it has its own sources of creativity, particularly highly talented designer teams who design and perfect Naturel Dış Ticaret’s creations. Consequently, Naturel Dış Ticaret cannot accept or agree to be a recipient of unsolicited collaboration offers. Indeed, it is likely that Naturel Dış Ticaret is already working on similar ideas and/or creations. As a result, you are informed that Naturel Dış Ticaret is not interested in receiving ideas or other offers regarding creations you may wish to submit.
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naturel Dış Ticaret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of information obtained from the Platform, or any liability related to loss of use, business interruption, loss of profit or data loss, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if Naturel Dış Ticaret has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Naturel Dış Ticaret does not represent that Naturel Material is appropriate or available in every country of the world. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable local laws; please note that access to Naturel Material may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries. Our products are available in many parts of the world. However, the Platform may identify products that are not available worldwide.
If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms of Use is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision or portion of the provision shall be deemed not to be part of these Terms of Use, and the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected, unless otherwise required by the operation of applicable law.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination of the Terms of Use, shall be resolved or arbitrated in the courts of Istanbul (Anatolian) Courthouse in accordance with the relevant Terms of Use. In cases where the laws of the Republic of Turkey differ from mandatory consumer laws in your own country, we will provide you with similar protection.
